The Wabash and Manchester basketball teams hooked up in a Hoosier Hysteria classic Saturday at Oak Hill that wasn’t decided until the last shot at the buzzer failed. The Apaches would prevail, winning their first sectional championship since 1967, 63-60.

Norse Set Three Record In Sectional Championship
The Northfield Norsemen hit 8 three pointers in the sectional championship against Lafayette Central Catholic, setting a new school record for most in a season but it wasn’t enough as they fell to the #3 Knights 64-49 Saturday.

The Wabash Apaches needed a win over Peru to win their first out right conference title since 1946 and wasted no time letting the entire gym know that would become a reality as they defeated the Tigers 66-43 Friday. During the second quarter junior Trenton Daughtry surpassed 1000 points for his career.

Spartan Basketball At Rose Hulman
TERRE HAUTE, Ind. – The Manchester University Spartans concluded the 2018-19 campaign with a road contest at Rose-Hulman Institute of Technology. The Spartans hung around in the first half, but a second half surge by Rose-Hulman secured the victory for the host Engineers. MU fell by a final score of 71-41.
