Squires Fall At Eastern
The Manchester baseball team fell at Eastern 6-2 Wednesday.
The Squires jumped out to a 2-0 lead in the first inning; however, they were unable to score again. Ethan Hendrix led the team in hitting as he went 2-3 with a run scored and had a stolen base. Evan Martynowicz threw a gem on the mound against a good Comets team. He only allowed 4 hits and had 9 strikeouts over 6 innings. The Squires defense had their best game of the season as they made several tough plays and minimized their mistakes. The Squires next matchup will be a double header Saturday April 15th at Concord.
